All outdoor weddings also need a variety of rentals. We can offer some suggestions and vendors you might want to consider. Our open vendor policy allows you to customize your event. We can assist with as little or as much of the planning aspects of your event from the décor to the catering and flowers to make your event truly custom to your vision.

We will meet with you up to 3 times prior to your wedding for coordination, discussion & details of your own personal vision & style plans for how you would like to use the grounds for your event. We are here to assist and guide you to the look and feel you are after.

Exclusive use of the property from as early as 8 AM – 11:00 PM.



Upon your arrival the House will be ready for you and your bridal party to take a load off, grab a bite to eat and start your big day with the ones closest to you! To calm those nerves help you relax laugh and remember today for one of the biggest and Best Days Ever!

Bridal preparation suite located upstairs of the 1920’s farm house including 3 large bed rooms and 2 Full Bathrooms for dressing and relaxing. This space is available for your use from 8am till the start of dinner. Unless of course you are an overnight guest!

Welcome station, located near your ceremony. Perfect for your guest book and gifts. (Includes a chalkboard time line outlining the evening’s events)

Outdoor ceremony site between two large trees seats up to 400 guests or the front lawn and porch area (best for weddings of 100 or less)

Cocktail hour located on our front and side lawns, front parlors and wrap around porch. Complete with a covered out-door bar, antique wooden chairs with outdoor furnishings for minimal seating, and vintage furniture on porch. This is a great place for Lawn Games & a Custom Lounge.

Reception can be held either in the front or back of the property.

Outdoor Grey Porta John facility is included in the package with a sanitation station.

Luxury restroom trailer includes running water heating or air conditioning (available for quote).

Additional areas for photography and gathering including the Fields, Long Farm Road, Farm House, Front Wrap around Porch, Tree Swings, Custom Lounge, Wooded area and flower gardens.

Use of the property for bridal and engagement portraits are included with booking (by appointment only).

Space to rehearse your wedding ceremony for one hour the day prior to your wedding day, with someone to direct. Non-alcoholic beverages can be provided for the rehearsal with a one week notice (This is an extra charge)



Large wooden bar with solid wood plank top and white tent 10 x 8  for coverage.

6 Silver Ice Buckets /tubs for bottled beverages and ice.

Professional Bartending Staff available $25/hr. (Will arrive 1-1.5 hrs ahead of ceremony for stock/set-up)

Garden Style Chairs available for ceremony and reception in (White, Black & Maple)

Dark Wood Chairs also available- $1 upcharge per chair.

6 Copper/Iron High-Top tables for Cocktail hour.

Your choice of long or round tables for the reception (linen colors of your choice provided through Rental Company).

Selection of mason jars, brass, log slices different sizes and shapes, vintage books, trays, Mercury glass votive’s & vases in different sizes and shapes, lanterns etc.

Votive candles in the hanging mason jars for surrounding trees.

Vintage props available for personalizing your wedding day atmosphere – old furnishings, doors, windows, folding screen, gift cart, crates ,ole gossip bench with birdcage for cards & gifts, Iron planter with moss for place cards, cake stands, mason jars, burlap runners, etc.
